This is like the EIGHTH TIME I have been wrong about this, and EACH TIME I am more and more sure of myself DESPITE BEING WRONG because I remember being wrong LAST TIME.
A DDR3 CACHE LINE IS SIXTY FOUR BYTES. IT IS NOT SIXTY FOUR BITS.

This is how gay I am.
Last night I had a dream.
I was in an engineering class at some college and Tim Gunn came in and said that designers from Project Runway were going to pick people from the class to be their next models. And there were a whole lot of people in there but I GOT PICKED last.
Then I practiced my runway walk and then my designer who looked like Patrick Stump made me some goddamn awesome clothes in the SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME ALLOCATED. Then I walked them on the runway and he came in the bottom THREE OF THE COMPETITION AND THUS WAS ELIGIBLE FOR ELIMINATION, lol.
Then he was like, goddamn you look fine in those pants I made boyyy, and I'm like, hell yeah I do 8) and we made out and it was awesome.

My computer was being a piece of crap and I wanted to format it. So I backed up, torrented and burned XP, formatted and went to reinstall it.
Long story short, I'm now running Ubuntu 9.04. It's pretty sweet so far, and a whole lot faster. |

I'm sure I'm years behind the curve on this one, but the aliases to this function are so funny that I'm literally sitting here laughing, at the risk of sounding too much like ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) two_pi_r.
What has been happening: family has been visiting. My sisters just left, and while they were here we went up to Lake Tahoe to go swimming, and then to Old Sacramento the next day to do some shopping. It was pretty nice, but I got hella sunburnt on my back and now it itches so bad :B I was supposed to fly back to NY next week but I think I'm gonna postpone that another month or so.
Work keeps me too busy, but overall is going pretty well. :*
Also I found out that the drummer of Lit just died of brain cancer which makes me sad so I am listening to them. |

The standard Arabic word for "motherland" (which is blādi) is apparantly the Russian word for "whore".
COINCIDENCE?!
This apparantly makes the Palestinan national anthem hilarious to people from Russia and has actually spawned catchphrases like "No money, long bumblebee"
It makes me wonder what kind of AWESOME MEMES we are missing because they are only in some other language. |
